BetNeptune review: two-way skater, casino and sportsbook
Short answer: BetNeptune gives its casino, live-dealer room and sportsbook roughly equal ice time, and one balance pays for all three. It runs on the ProgressPlay platform. Its terms spell out how limit changes work and who referees complaints. There is no welcome on our scoreboard, because we could not confirm a Canadian-dollar version on 6 October 2026. The operator and your local rules decide who can register.

Line changes without a transfer
The menu has three top-level doors: Casino, Live and Sports. Because the wallet is shared, you can settle a hockey parlay and walk straight into a blackjack hand without moving money between products.
The sports side covers pre-game and in-play markets and comes with a bet builder. Over in the casino you get the big ProgressPlay catalogue rather than anything exclusive, and we claim nothing more.
Penalty box rules from the terms
Trim a deposit or loss limit and it bites immediately. Raising one only applies after a seven-day cooling-off wait, which is the right way round for anyone who sets a limit on a calm day and regrets it on a bad night.
If support cannot settle a dispute, the terms point to eCOGRA as a free outside adjudicator. Keep screenshots and the support ticket number if you ever need it.
Why the scoreboard is blank
The only promotion we could see was a sports free-bet deal that was not priced in Canadian dollars. We do not move a betting offer onto a casino page, and we do not guess at Canadian wording, so no offer appears here.
Worth knowing
- 🧊 Casino lobby is the standard platform mix
- 🧊 Canadian welcome terms unconfirmed

A lower limit applies straight away. A higher limit waits seven days, according to its terms.
Who can I go to if BetNeptune support can't fix a complaint?
Its terms name eCOGRA as the free outside dispute service.
